Get ready for fall soccer sign-ups with the San Francisco Youth League! Make sure to add your player's information to the appropriate sign-up form to secure their spot before the deadline. Registration is open until May 1st , 2025 to secure your spot with Creating Space Soccer. Please note that if your player intends to participate in competitive play, they CANNOT also play at the recreational level within the league. Stay mindful of the deadlines!
